Itinerary:-
Day 01: Camp Arrival
Camp arrival and Check in at 12:00am. Welcome drink (Jaljeera / Tea /Coffee) non alcoholic. Allocation of tents by camp manager.
Afternoon at 1:00 Pm lunch will be ready, Have your hot lunch at the dining area in buffet system. After this get ready for riverside fun –swimming, body surfing and more. River Side Beach- 500 mts far from the camp site.
Evening back to camp.
After darkness, Bonfire and veg snacks with light music. Dinner will be ready at 9:00 pm. Have dinner and overnight camps stay.
Day 02: Check Out
Breakfast will be ready at 9:00 am. After breakfast at 10:00 am Check out from the Campsite

· The above mentioned programmed is in order to explain you how you can spend your time more productively during your adventure trip of River Rafting, please read carefully the cost included column to avoid any confusion later on.
· If the water level will so high forest department have full authorization to cancel river rafting. In will on the spot process by Forest Department so on that case you can enjoy adventurous activities like rock climbing, rappelling, valley crossing and jungle/waterfall trekking.
· don’t compare camp to hotel/resort services. It’s an adventures trip so enjoy River Rafting sports.
Important Tips:
River rafting is an adventurous trip, so everybody should follow some basic rules and regulations to enjoy safe and enjoyable moments of the rafting trip.
1. Nobody will dip inside the river without life jackets and any prior information the guides.
2. Please help to keep the river any kind of pollution free. Don’t through the plastic bags on it.
3. Timings for everything are very necessary during camping. Everybody should follow the food timings.
4. Everybody should follow all rules and regulation of the river rafting guide during rafting.
5. Rafting guide will inform you about some important river rafting command‘s everybody should listen him very carefully.
6. Kindly don’t go out of the camping surrounding at Night.
7. Please carry your luggage by your own.
8. During river rafting everybody should check their life jackets and helmet properly. If any problem inform your rafting guide immediately. Without proper wearing don’t start rafting.
9. If anybody feeling unhealthy during rafting session please inform the guide and quit rafting and stay at camps.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: –
· 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of the Total Billing Amount
· 07 days prior to arrival – 40 % of the Total Billing Amount
· 48 hours prior to arrival – 50% of the Total Billing Amount
· Less than 48 hours or no show – NO REFUND.
In case of special train journey, flight bookings, packages with government accommodation and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required). In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
