For this Valley Of Flowers trek, you will have to trek from Govindghat, on the route to Hemkund Sahib, up to Ghangaria which is quite an exhilarating climb. Catch the glimpse of the Himalayan beauty while you head out on this trek. At an altitude of 14,400 ft, you will come across the large clear water lake which will make you stare at it for long. This hidden jewel is a unique habitat and home to millions of species of wildflowers such as saxifrages, sediams, lilies, poppy, calendular, daisies, geranium, zinnia and petunia. This valley is at an altitude of 3250 m and above. This valley is also a core zone of Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve with an expanse of 87.5 sq km which is just a colourful paradise with alpine flowers. According to the legends, it is believed that this is the place where Pawan Putra Hanuman had collected Sanjeevani Buti to cure Laxman. This valley was also declared as a National Park in 1982 and is a world heritage site. Best Time To Visit Valley of Flowers
(July – November) : Valley of flower trek starts from july and closes at end of November. For regular trekkers it’s the best time to visit.
Monsoon (July – August) : The best time to visit Valley of Flowers is monsoon. In this time the flowers are fully bloomed and the snow has completely melted away. You can enjoy the Valley of Flowers with the beautiful and colourful scenery of the place. So, for nature lovers July to August.

Day 05 – After breakfast- from Ghangria to Govindghat by trek (13km) Same day Drive to Joshimath/Govindghat (28km) over night stay in Hotel/Guest house/ Homestay.

Cancellation Policy:-
- It is good to make your booking two months prior in advance. In the event of cancellation of any trek/adventure activity due to any reasons, it is compulsory to notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will only be effective from the date we receive your request in writing.
- If the trek is cancelled by us due to any reason (heavy snowfall, rainfall, natural disaster etc.) then the refund would not be initiated but you can go on the same trek another year.
- No Refunds applicable on cancellation 30 days before the commencement of the journey.
- In case of any natural calamity like landslide, heavy rainfall or by any means if the travelers get stuck for extra days anywhere apart from the accommodations and travel schedule mentioned in the above itinerary, the travelers will have to bear their extra expenses.
